• Physical Rehabilitation

Physical medicine and rehabilitation aims to enhance and restore functional ability and quality of life to those with physical impairments or disabilities affecting the brain, spinal cord, nerves, bones, joints, ligaments, muscles, and tendons.

  • Manual Therapy

Manual therapy is a form of hands-on treatment that involves using skilled techniques to manipulate the body's soft tissues (muscles, tendons, ligaments) and joints in order to reduce pain, increase range of motion and release muscle tension.  Soft tissue mobilization, joint mobilization, manipulation, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy are the best examples of manual therapy.

  • Comprehensive Exercise Program

A tailored home exercise program (HEP) offers numerous benefits, including faster recovery, improved outcomes, and long-term health benefits. Each HEP is made specific to address your individual injuries and functional deficits.

  • Adjustment / Manipulation

A chiropractic adjustment refers to a chiropractor applying manipulation to the vertebrae that has abnormal movement patterns or fail to function normally. The objective of this chiropractic treatment is to reduce the subluxation to increase range of motion, reduce nerve irritability and improve function.

  • Digital X-Rays

Digital radiography is a form of radiography that uses x-ray–sensitive plates to directly capture data during the patient examination, immediately transferring it to a computer system without the use of an intermediate cassette.

  • Therapeutic Modalities

We provide passive therapies in addition to the therapeutic intervention. These therapies include ice/heat, electric muscle stimulation, and mechanical traction.
